Responsibilities
• Build job order from VMS and distribute to the appropriate recruiting team(s)
• Track and organize candidates' status, shortlists and interviews
• Manage and monitor on-boarding process for all new hires
• Assist in the review of applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, salary requirements, and to provide information about the client's organization and position
• Handle candidate questions regarding payroll, benefits, etc.
• Manage and document activities within internal database for tracking efforts
• Follow-up on all pending items and tasks such as disqualifications, shortlists, interviews, on-boarding, etc.
• Coordinate interviews, conduct interview prep
• Create reports and conduct Daily Focus Meetings
• Sit in on Client Calls, monitor portals, notifications and chats, and disseminate information as necessary
• Make monthly Contractor Care calls
Requirements
• BS Degree
• Excellent customer service skills and previous office experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and complete work independently
• Strong communication including written communication skills
• High integrity and experience maintaining confidentiality
• Strong proficiency in MS Word
